Liz is a Change Specialist and Organisation Development professional with public and private sector experience working on extensive transformation programmes and projects. Liz has a background in developing individuals and organisations and has worked in complex, high tech and international companies that need to radically transform the way services or products are delivered. She has a proven track record of delivering programmes and projects where efficiencies and financial benefits depend on people-change: accelerating take up; changing mind-sets; and embedding new ways of working.

She has a structured approach focusing on outcomes. Liz acts as a change agent, coaching senior managers and staff to overcome resistance, engage and build change capability. She uses current thinking, tools and techniques to ensure change solutions are designed, delivered and measured effectively.
Liz specialises in Change Management and her focus is on the people aspect of change projects – effectively managing the impact on people and delivering targeted benefits to organisations. Her key areas of expertise are: assessing the impact of change; planning, designing and delivering appropriate support including communications; engaging staff; evaluating progress and recommending improvements; and coaching managers throughout the transition.
Liz gained her post graduate qualifications at Leicester University and she continues her professional development by focusing on skills that will help people and organisations develop their own capacity and capability for individual and business change.
