Andrew is an experienced Interim Senior Service Manager, with a proven track record in both the Private and Public sectors. Andrew’s experience in Service Management, across Local and Central Government, the Airline Industry and Telecommunications has meant that under his leadership and guidance, he and his teams have become instrumental in delivering and improving the customer experience. He has delivered this by driving service improvements and assuring that contractual service agreements are achieved. Andrew is highly versatile with multiple industry sector experiences: The Ministry of Justice, Telewest, Affiniti, Surrey CC, Royal Borough of Kingston, Westminster CC and QCDA. He has demonstrated the ability to transition between these organisations and routinely completes assignments with professionalism, endorsed by his clients.

Andrew has unique stakeholder skills, impressing chief exec’s to the front line employees with his understanding, reliability and structured approach to resolving issues.

Andrew is particularly successful in raising the profile of the organisations IT or business service delivery functions through prioritising and resolving issues quickly. He is highly accomplished in the management of teams/departments and individuals. Working with the client, Andrew will provide a balanced approach, addressing performance issues and making changes that fall below what is expected. He also ensures services are delivered according to the business needs, by working and communicating across the organisation.

Andrew operates at a senior level with a proficiency that covers all aspects of a Service Management Function within the business as usual environment. He brings skills and knowledge not otherwise in place, to address specific problems and issues associated with Supplier Performance, Stakeholder Management, Service Delivery and Customer Service.

Andrew gained his HND in Business Management in 1994 and has  worked in the IT Service Management discipline for over 17 years. During this time he has furthered his business knowledge through practicing this discipline across multiple sectors, acquiring a detailed understanding of customer’s functions, processes and tasks to improve those functions and the relationships between them and the business as a whole. He has acquired a wealth of facts, information and understanding within this key business area, applying a theoretical and practical approach of each assignment.
