Zah is an experienced Senior Business Solution Architect & Deputy Programme Director with proven success in getting programmes back on track with previous serious challenges to delivery. Her background in engineering, finance management, business operations and change management allows her, now as a partner at HOPS, to create effective business models which integrate functions across business units. As a senior business solution architect and deputy programme director with various companies, Zah has a compelling track record in exceeding expectations. In her programme management work, Zah actively embraces global cultural diversity in organisations; achieving successful outcomes and supporting teams to perform at optimal levels. She has delivered effective change programmes in the public and private sector, in the UK and internationally.
Zah has a flair for problem solving, influencing at all levels, taking on challenges and managing conflict to create win-win outcomes. She provides focused and innovative solutions to rescue programmes/projects and secure timely service delivery for customers. Her consultative approach with stakeholders, as a trained coach, forms the hub of successfully implementing project portfolios and pragmatic governance.
Zah conceives and creates business models resulting in effective, efficient and balanced processes with the stakeholders ready for business change. She works with outsourcers and leads RFI/RFP processes to select the right technology and suppliers. Her combination of both financial and business acumen give her the skills to create and deliver operational solutions across different business functions.
Zah gained her B.Eng in Electronics at Northumbria University and furthered her business knowledge through practicing in finance and variety of roles in large scale complex programmes. She has continually trained in various areas to keep up with industry best practices such as:
