Dawn is the founder of Hands On Project Solutions Limited, helping businesses become more profitable, grow and retain talent by transformation and transition. She specialises in Change through IT management, service delivery, business and supplier management. Her career includes many Head of IT roles, and Change and Programme Director roles in several leading businesses. With such experience, she is highly skilled at collaborating when gaps occur between technology and the rest of a business. Dawn has worked with both the public and private sector and has a demonstrable track record in designing and delivering multi million pound programmes in global organisations.
Dawn’s collaborative approach takes a holistic view of business strategy, enabling her to mentor and motivate teams while still managing conflict effectively. She creates successful outcomes while still challenging the status quo with a confident, pragmatic and resilient approach.
Dawn has particular experience in shaping, mobilising, leading, coaching teams, managing suppliers & subsequently developing sustainable solutions. She has a proven ability in delivering full programme lifecycles including turning around failing projects and underperforming teams. She ensures robust senior stakeholder and client engagement strategies are embedded as part of the change programme.
Dawn qualified in Microelectronics at Brookes University and has continually trained in various areas to keep up with industry best practices such as:
